Return Policy

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you (the consumer) can return any item without reason within 7 days of delivery for a refund. In this case you will be responsible for the postage cost for the return. If you find the item is faulty then I will  repay the return cost and replace the item with a similar replacement.
The consumer is under a duty to take care of goods and are responsible for them until received at the address below. Please return in the original packaging if possible and make sure a receipt of postage is kept.
Once I have received the returned Jewellery Board I will refund the original order monetary value of your order (including the postage cost for the delivery to you).
